Logo - Millie and Molly

I was commissioned to create new key art for the Switch version of Millie and Molly, a cool little puzzle game which had already been published on Commodore 64 and PC. I was to rework the pixel version of the logo, and create additional artwork for the eShop banner and icon.

This is the finished logo. Colour schemes can be swapped (so yellow first, blue second, or all blue, etc.).

This is the eShop icon, square aspect ratio, using the same art elements as the banner, designed to be seen at a smaller screen size.

This is the original pixel logo, designed by the programmer, used on-screen in the game. I stayed pretty faithful to this logo, only really tweaking colouring and character spacing, and altering the ampersand.

These are my sketches for the character artwork, based very loosely on the tiny pixel character art from the game.
