I was commissioned to design a logo for a new adventure game authoring system targeting the 8-bit ZX Spectrum. The logo had to be evocative of the art style seen on the covers of Spectrum games, and, interestingly, had to also work as a ZX Spectum graphic, working within the extreme limitations of that machine. It was a challenge coming up with a design that would work at extreme low res and colour, but not look incredibly basic as a high res design.
